Certainly, anger is one of the most unnecessary feelings, but all of us sometimes or other can get angry on something and sometime this problem becomes worst. We have to find the root cause of this problem and then deal accordingly. Both external and internal matters can make us angry; it may be against a person, against a situation, personal problems like confusions in family, health problem. But the fact is that due this feeling we are not gaining anything but loosing a lot like health, friends and good relations.
Like other emotions, it is accompanied by physiological and biological changes when you get angry and it needs to be controlled at any cost. The goal of anger management is to reduce both your emotional feelings and the physiological stimulation that cause anger. You cannot get avoid situations, correct the people that disturbs you and also cant change them, but you can learn to control our emotions as well as reactions by proper technique and habit change by anger management. This can be attained concentrating mind on the things which make us happy or by practicing yoga and all. One should remember that there is nothing to lose by a smile but u can get a peaceful mind.
